JellyPass support

JellyPass is a companion app for a JellyPass household server, run by whoever manages your Jellyfin.

I can't sign in

• Check the address. It looks like https://jelly-yourhousehold.example.com. Your household's administrator can give you the exact address, or a setup link that fills it in for you.
• Use your Jellyfin username and password.
• Still stuck? Ask your household's administrator. They can check your account on the server.

I asked for a title and nothing happened

"Get this" asks your household's administrator to add a title. You can follow it in My requests. If it shows We couldn't get this, ask your administrator.

I can't find something I know is on the server

JellyPass shows your household's view of the library. Titles another household added privately aren't shown, and your administrator may restrict some titles by rating.
